Lavitfy delivers enterprise-grade hardware, security, and IT support to your Singapore office as a single monthly subscription — fully deployed in ten working days, supported by human engineers, no capital outlay.
Most Singapore SMEs run on aging hardware, consumer-grade routers, and a part-time IT who's three calls behind. The repair bill isn't the real cost. The hours your team can't work — that's the cost.
WiFi drops during a client presentation. The deal is off.
Files deleted by an angry employee or ransomware. No backup available.
IT guy is missing for three days. Your BP is now at 190.
Traditional IT means buying hardware upfront, depreciating it for years, and replacing it when it fails. Lavitfy replaces that cycle with a single monthly fee.
Every subscription bundles the hardware, the licences, the 24/7 monitoring, and the engineers into one fee. Hardware is refreshed on Lavitfy's cycle, not yours. When something breaks, we replace it. Zero hidden costs.

The same platforms enterprise security and IT teams rely on — sized and priced for SME offices.
"We chose Lavitfy because they didn't just offer a generic fix — they designed a high-performance network tailored to our workflow. Their support team is incredibly responsive and they're an indispensable extension of our team."
"Lavitfy handled the IT setup perfectly across our multiple site locations — from networks and hardware to ongoing onsite and remote support. Exactly the kind of professional, hassle-free IT support we were looking for."
Three tiers. Transparent pricing. The Growth tier covers most Singapore offices we serve.
Everything a small team needs. Enterprise hardware, endpoint security, daily backup, and support — without the complexity.
The most popular tier. More hardware, more support hours, full endpoint coverage — the sweet spot for growing SMEs.
Built to handle higher volume. Scaled-up hardware, more endpoint coverage, and extra onsite support hours for larger, established SMEs.

Most Singapore MSPs quote four to six weeks. We've engineered the process to be faster — without cutting corners.
An engineer visits your premises to survey cabling, power, network topology, and Wi-Fi coverage. We document every endpoint and identify gaps that could affect deployment before hardware is committed.
All firewall, switch, AP, and endpoint devices are provisioned in our staging environment — not yours. Every policy is applied and tested off-site so go-live day is a swap, not an experiment.
Two engineers handle physical installation, cabling, and endpoint provisioning. We deploy after-hours or over a weekend whenever possible to keep your team productive during the cutover.
Day 10 you're operational and under our SLA. The first two weeks include heightened monitoring and a dedicated engineer available for tuning. Your team gets onboarded; we own everything else.
Industry standard: 4–6 weeks. Lavitfy: 10 business days.
The ones that actually matter when you're considering switching IT providers.
Zero Capex means zero capital expenditure. Instead of spending tens of thousands upfront on firewalls, switches, and access points, all enterprise-grade infrastructure is included in your monthly subscription. Lavitfy owns and manages the hardware throughout the contract — and replaces it at no additional cost if anything fails. When you leave, we collect the hardware. Your data, configurations, and admin credentials are handed back to you cleanly.
No. Your monthly subscription covers hardware, network design, configuration, licensing, and standard CAT6A cabling between access points and switches. Offices needing extensive custom cabling or structural work get a transparent quote before any work begins. Nothing is added to your bill that wasn't in your service agreement.
We handle the entire transition. We coordinate the credential rotation, schedule the hardware swap after-hours, and manage the conversation with your outgoing provider so you don't have to. There's no overlap period and no finger-pointing — from cutover day, everything is Lavitfy's responsibility. Most switches add 3–5 days to a standard deployment.
The initial term is 24 months on both monthly and annual billing. Why does that work in your favour?
Your price is locked for two full years — no annual increases, no mid-contract surprises.
You get hardware built to last. A 24-month term lets us deploy infrastructure designed for a five-year operational life, properly specified for your office.
You get a stable IT relationship. The right reason to change providers is service quality, not a contract anniversary.
After the initial term, monthly subscriptions continue month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Annual subscriptions renew for another two years and keep the discount and bonus hours active.
Early termination within the initial term incurs a fee — the unamortised hardware cost, disclosed with a worked example in your service agreement before signing.
Ten working days from signed contract to fully deployed and monitored. We pre-stage and burn-in your network at our facility before it ever reaches your office — installation day itself is one business day. See the deployment timeline above for the full breakdown.
Three layers, all included. SentinelOne Singularity Complete with Vigilance MDR detects and isolates ransomware automatically — typically before our team gets the alert — and is monitored 24/7. Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud backs up your endpoints and Microsoft 365 data continuously, with point-in-time recovery so you can restore to a moment before the incident. USB and removable-drive access is locked down on all managed endpoints to prevent data exfiltration and stop ransomware spreading from infected devices. Recovery is part of your subscription — no incident-response surcharge.
Upgrade any time — we deploy the additional hardware, and a fresh 24-month commitment starts at the new tier. The remaining value of your current contract is credited toward the new one, so you don't pay twice.
Tier downgrades happen at renewal, not mid-contract — that keeps your infrastructure properly sized to what you need. Adding individual users mid-tier is included up to your tier's headcount limit.
Critical incidents — network down, active security breach — get a 30–60 minute response from our on-call engineer regardless of day or time. Security threats are monitored 24/7 by SentinelOne Vigilance, independently of our team. Annual subscribers get a Remote Block of after-hours hours included in the subscription (5 / 10 / 25 hours for Starter / Growth / Professional) to cover non-critical evening or weekend work. Beyond that, additional after-hours coverage can be purchased in advance at subscriber rates.
A 30-minute scoping call is the easiest way to see if we're a fit. No pitch, no pressure — just a plain conversation about your current setup and whether a subscription model makes sense for you.
