Multipliers apply when you draw down subscription hours or prepaid bundle hours outside office hours. Subscription hours are consumed first each month — bundle hours only deduct once your monthly allowance runs out. Hourly overage is billed at the flat rate for that band, with no multiplier.
You're on Annual Growth plan (10 hrs/month included) and need 2 hours of onsite support on a Saturday. Saturday is a 1.5× band, so 3 hours are deducted from your monthly allowance.
You've used up this month's subscription hours and prepaid a 10-hour onsite bundle. You need 4 hours of evening support. Evening is a 1.25× band, so 5 hours are drawn from your bundle balance.
You've used your full subscription and need 2 hours of onsite support on a Sunday. No multiplier applies — you're billed the flat overage rate: 2 × S$275 = S$550.

Annual billing provides the equivalent of one month free across all plan tiers — effectively giving you 12 months of service at the cost of 11. The annual amount is billed upfront. All inclusions, hardware coverage, and SLA commitments remain identical to the monthly billing option.
No. Your monthly subscription covers hardware, core network setup, licensing, and ongoing support. If your office requires extensive custom cabling or out-of-scope physical works, we will provide a fully transparent quote before any work begins — no surprises.
The initial term is 24 months. Why is it good for a business like yours?
Your price is locked for two full years — no annual increases, no mid-contract surprises. What you sign is what you pay.
You get hardware built to last. A 24-month term lets us deploy infrastructure designed for a five-year operational life, properly specified for your office.
You get a stable IT relationship. Switching MSPs is genuinely disruptive — credential rotations, downtime risk, knowledge that walks out the door. The right reason to change providers is service quality, not a contract anniversary.
After the initial term, you may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
Early termination within the initial term incurs an early termination fee — the unamortised hardware cost, calculated as: initial hardware investment × (remaining months ÷ 24). Disclosed with a worked example in your service agreement before signing.
Service doesn't stop. Additional onsite support is billed at our published per-hour rates — from S$170/hr during office hours, with higher rates for evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Minimum 2-hour block per dispatch.

Yes. Upgrading your plan is a seamless, managed process. When your headcount approaches the ceiling of your current tier, we proactively discuss the transition and schedule any infrastructure changes — such as additional access points — with minimal disruption to your operations.
No. Because Lavitfy operates on a Hardware-as-a-Service model — providing enterprise-grade equipment at zero upfront cost — the hardware remains the property of Lavitfy and will be collected upon contract termination. However, your data belongs to you entirely. During offboarding, we fully hand over all administrative credentials, network documentation, and access to cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.) to you or your incoming IT provider.
